Visual identity graphic design is exactly that: the visual elements of brand identity that act as the face of a brand to communicate those intangible qualities through images, shapes and color.

Motion graphic design

Creative direction

In the movie industry creative directors are usually responsible for overseeing the “look and feel” of a film. In the world of advertising and brand development creative directors come up with “concepts” and then oversee the exaction of the concept to make sure it stays "on brand". These concepts are often tweaked to help communicate a core message with the brand's target demographic through devices like; theme, metaphor, and symbolism.
